Abrasives Professional polishing system for discerning users This offer describes professional polishing tools and pastes for finishing steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals Drills, flexible shafts, angle polishers and stationary polishing benches are ideal driving tools. Optimal cutting speeds of 20 to 30 metres/second. Max. revolution of 4,000 rpm. Optimum polishing generally takes place in three steps: Pre-polishing After precise grinding (at least 280 grit), pre-polishing is the most important step and has a major impact on the final result. Steel and stainless steel is pre-polished with a sisal cloth/polishing ring combination and a white polishing paste. Sisal cloth Surface after pre-polishing: Polishing Polishing removes the traces of the previous work step. Hard non-wovens on patented Notiflex® polishing rings, consisting of high-quality randomly positioned non-wovens, are used. The key benefit: no irritating seams, no fraying, less pressure is required, lower temperature development and up to 30% less paste consumption compared to conventional cloth rings. White pastes are used for steel and stainless steel, while brown paste is used for non-ferrous metals.
